Prerequisites

If you haven't already, follow the initial steps of the Getting Started guide:

  1. Install Meltano
  2. Create your Meltano project

Installation and configuration

  1. Add the tap-hubspot extractor to your project using
    meltano add
    :
  2. meltano add extractor tap-hubspot
  3. Configure the tap-hubspot settings using
    meltano config
    :
  4. meltano config tap-hubspot set --interactive
  5. Test that extractor settings are valid using
    meltano test
    :
  6. meltano test tap-hubspot

Redirect URI (redirect_uri)

  • Environment variable: TAP_HUBSPOT_REDIRECT_URI

This is the URL that the user will be redirected to after they authorize your app for the requested scopes

Client ID (client_id)

  • Environment variable: TAP_HUBSPOT_CLIENT_ID

This identifies the app used to connect to HubSpot.

Client Secret (client_secret)

  • Environment variable: TAP_HUBSPOT_CLIENT_SECRET

The client secret used for authentication.

Refresh Token (refresh_token)

  • Environment variable: TAP_HUBSPOT_REFRESH_TOKEN

This is the refresh token provided by HubSpot.

Start Date (start_date)

  • Environment variable: TAP_HUBSPOT_START_DATE

This is the cutoff date for syncing historical data.
