  1. Install Meltano
  2. Create your Meltano project

Installation and configuration

  1. Add the tap-solarvista extractor to your project using
    meltano add
    :
  2. meltano add extractor tap-solarvista
  3. Configure the tap-solarvista settings using
    meltano config

  4. meltano config tap-solarvista set --interactive
  5. Test that extractor settings are valid using
    meltano test

  6. meltano test tap-solarvista

Account (account)

The AccountId for your Solarvista account.

Client ID (clientId)

  • Environment variable: TAP_SOLARVISTA_CLIENTID

Your Solarvista Client ID to create your access token and credentials.

Authorization Code (code)

  • Environment variable: TAP_SOLARVISTA_CODE

Your API authorization code retrieved using your account id, client id, and access token.

Start Date (start_date)

  • Environment variable: TAP_SOLARVISTA_START_DATE

Determines how much historical data will be extracted. Please be aware that the larger the time period and amount of data, the longer the initial extraction can be expected to take.
